AAA Commercial Cleaning can service all your cleaning needs; from regularly scheduled cleanings to strip/wax
floor and steam/deep cleaning carpets. We offer scheduled service on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We can also create
a custom schedule especially for you. We can service all types of establishments from Beauty
Parlors to 5000sq. ft. office space to car dealerships and colleges. Listed below is a sample of our services included in
daily cleaning schedule (5 days/week or more).

Daily/Nightly Cleaning - Lobby and Common Areas
(Sample- client contract may differ) •
All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point designated by client and trashcan liners replace
(furnished by client).
• Vacuum all carpet areas making sure to get underneath desks, into
corners and along edges. (AAA will not be responsible for removal of staples from carpet).

Clean and polish drinking fountains and water coolers.
• Thoroughly dust all horizontal
surfaces, including desktops, top of file cabinets, windowsills, chairs pictures and all manner of furnishings.

Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove spills as needed.
• Dust telephones, computer
monitors, and all other office electrical equipment. • (No chemicals will be used on electrical
equipment at any time.)
• Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop.
• Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas.
•
Damp wipe entrance metal and remove all fingerprints from entrance glass.
• Spot clean partition
glass.
• Notify management of any concerns in facility.
•
Insure all doors are properly secured as instructed by client.
• All trash receptacles are to

• Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop.

Damp mop hard surface floors to remove spillage for soiled areas.
• Clean and damp wipe
tables and chairs.
• Spot clean walls near trash receptacles.

Clean front, tops and sides of trash receptacles with a disinfectant as needed.
• Clean
and polish drinking fountain(s) and or water cooler(s).
• Damp wipe counter tops to remove
coffee rings or spills.
• Clean and sanitize sinks, client responsible for dishes.
• Spot clean cabinets and exterior of appliances to present a neat appearance.

Clean interior of microwave removing food particles and spills.
• Stock towels, bath tissue
and hand soap. (Furnished by client)
• Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and wipe with disinfectant.
• Empty trash receptacles and wipe as needed.
• Clean and
polish mirrors.
• Wipe towels cabinet covers.
• Toilet
and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and out and polish bright work.
• Toilet
seats to be cleaned on both sides using a disinfectant.
• Scour and sanitized all basin
and polish bright work.
• Dust top of mirrors, restroom stall, and all restroom framing.
• Removed splash marks from walls around basin.
• Mop and
rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant and clean/treat all floor drains.
